Vitamins and Supplements
Many patients ask what they should eat and which Vitamins and Supplements they should take. This question is addressed at all Wellness appointments or during a separate consultation. Fruits and Vegetables should be the cornerstone of everyone’s nutrition, and Juice Plus has a product line that may bridge the gap of what we should eat (7-13 servings) and what we actually do eat on a daily basis. In addition, targeted Vitamins and Supplements, such as Vitamin D3 + K2, Magnesium, Vitamin B12 (methylcobolamin), CoQ10 (ubiquinol), and Omegas (Juice Plus Omega blend), are recommended depending on one’s age and disease risk factors.
